Activities

Are you bored?
Have you got nothing to do?

If the answer is yes then why not try some of these activities at home.

1.Keep a diary / scrap book. You could put in details and pictures of things that you do over the holidays.

2. Start a 'collection' of things - pictures of your favourite sports or pop stars, interesting or unusual objects like stones.

3.Make a 'Photographic Top Ten' - using a disposable camera photograph your top ten favourite places around where you live or go on holiday.
4. Make your own radio programme using a tape recorder. Make up a programme about your family, where you live and what you do. Interview people and tape some of your favourite music.

5.Make up your own Top Ten lists - your top ten favourite songs, films, books, pop stars etc.

6.Start a 'club' with your friends - decide on the rules of being a member and make up membership cards, badges etc.
7.Find out about the Victorians - the next KS2 topic. What do you already know about the Victorians? How could you find out more about the Victorians? Ask your parents or visit the library.

8. Send school a postcard or letter from somewhere that you visit this weekend or on holiday. The address is-
Mosborough Primary School,
New School Road,
Mosborough,
SHEFFIELD.
S20 5ES
9.Visit the BBC website and play some of the games. Click on the LINKS button to find useful websites to help you with your research.

10. Put on a show for your friends and famiy. You could sing, dance, play some music or tell jokes. Design a poster advertising your show and make tickets. You could even sell them to boost your pocket money!
